Evening guys - I recently got my self an 86 slab with b12 engine and slingshot 750 forks and swingarm with homemade linkage and what’s supposed to be a bandit 6 shock - what are my options for new shock and linkage as it’s not riding very well at the mo☹️

I have incorperated the linkage system of a slingshot into my Slabby racebike using a gsxr 750 K2 wilbers shock

This set up is superb

check my thread there you can see how i did it

Geometry is not the best IMO....

top shock mount is to low ..."standard slabbie mount I guess" which in turn forces the mount for the bottom rocker to be lower ...."bottom rocker looks to be Blandit"

Yeah I’m not overly happy with it handling or looks wise - doesn’t look strong enough. I’ve been looking through leblowski’s thread and that seems like the way to go. I’m in the West Midlands - any recommendations for a good place/guy to tackle this for me? Thanks guys.
