Starter !!

Starter motor spins & all lined up, starter sprockets all spin but engine doesn't 

Starter motor makes a whooshing noise

GSX 1100 efe, starter has been slow & a bit laboured lately, checked rotor, starter motor spins lines up with sprockets, all spins fine but obviously doesn't start

Checked Earths ??, is this problem with cold engine or hot ?  have checked starter brushes and armature condition ?

Sounds like starter clutch rollers are not gripping the starter gear to turn it over ..............

+1 or bolt at end of crank has came unden
