Oilyspanner Posted February 11, 2017 Posted February 11, 2017 I was watching a few Peter Smith videos on youtube and thought others might enjoy them too. Here's the link for one of them, you can get the others from there - he posted quite a few - he's a good rider and his bike doesn't hang about ! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X8n125FgW6k 2 Quote
dupersunc Posted February 11, 2017 Posted February 11, 2017 Nice find, cheers for that. About 15 seconds of the Motogp boys. Not too shabby. Quote
KATANAMANGLER Posted February 11, 2017 Posted February 11, 2017 I liked this on our behalf @dupersunc Quote

Can't beat a bit of hot oily action ! - but that's another story . . . 15 seconds off - imagine with light wheels, fancy suspension, better brakes, close ratio box - that has to be worth another 5 seconds ? Hmmm Yeah, that bike looks frighteningly stock from the on board footage, but I know that stuff can be made to work pretty well. I think Steve Martin on a very trick Katana was around 6 seconds off the MotoGP boys around Philip Island. 1 Quote
markfoggy Posted February 13, 2017 Posted February 13, 2017 Steve Martin is very trick, let alone the Katana. Quote
Gammaboy Posted February 13, 2017 Posted February 13, 2017 Martin's Kat is making ~200hp at the back tyre.... Quote
