Rene EFE
Opinions please; would Slabby 29's work on a breathed-on GS1000 motor? Quote Link to comment
johnr
i suppose it depends what head you have on your gs, the slide carb head has considerably smaller inlets than the cv carb head. Quote Link to comment
busa ash
i have them on my gs1000 but its not been on a rolling road yet Quote Link to comment
Rossco(Iceman Josros)
Yes a mate had on a Pip Higham prepped GS thou back when he was the GS man - It went like stink! 2 Quote Link to comment
wraith
Yes they work well on ever the slide or CV heads, if you have the slide carb head you will need bigger inlet rubbers which you can get off the bay or use z1000j one You will NOT be able to use the standard airbox thou, before some one asks. 1 Quote Link to comment

Guest YoshiJohnny
They work.....especially if they are bored out to 33mm ... lighter and better than the VM33 smoothbores in my humble opinion. Quote Link to comment
