spondonturbo Posted March 20, 2016 Posted March 20, 2016 Stunning bike. What are the forks and front wheel off please? Looking for a radial front end for my 1100 w project and that looks nice. Also the efe is a heavy bike, how are the forks managing? any issues? thanks Quote
Bigkenxx Posted March 20, 2016 Author Posted March 20, 2016 No probs the forks are 2008 zx6r rebuilt ohlins internals, hayabusa front wheel gsxr 600 discs , the forks manage no problem brakes are unreal 2 Quote

Bigkenxx Posted March 2, 2017 Author Posted March 2, 2017 Bought a extended swingarm replace the banana arm and a 16 psi wastegate spring to try Quote
dixiethedog Posted March 3, 2017 Posted March 3, 2017 Your bike look's absolutely superb. I alway's used to think EFE's needed draw thru set up's for the oldskool look, but the blow thru set up you have does look the part. It will look even better with the longer arm. Quote

Cheers Dixie dead chuffed with that, I agree the draw through look is so good on a efe it suits it so I had to make mine look like it was made that way I have said it before it was done on a low budget with all the work done by myself and my mate it's not a show pony it's used and abused , I'm going see if I've got time to fit the swingarm this weekend it will look a lot better thank again Dixie 1 Quote
dixiethedog Posted March 3, 2017 Posted March 3, 2017 I have a draw thru project myself (efe), but now wish Id gone blow thru. I think from what Ive read that you get a much nicer ride set up with a blow thru, and a lot more power. I fell out of love my project. Im looking forward to seeing the new arm in your bike, I hope you do get it fitted. Quote
Diebythereaper Posted March 6, 2017 Posted March 6, 2017 Longer adjusters will suit the bike no end! Did you have the bike repainted since last year? 1 Quote
Bigkenxx Posted March 6, 2017 Author Posted March 6, 2017 I agree It gives it a better look and is more fitting with the bike , No mate I haven't had it painted I should do really but i do like the used look, It will be more likely the last thing on the list. 1 Quote
Bigkenxx Posted March 19, 2017 Author Posted March 19, 2017 Had a good rock music shed day greased and re adjusted head bearings sprayed bottom yoke , fitted some neater headlight brackets , drilled and tapped some better lock stops then fitted some rearsets not fully happy with them yet so that's for another day, not keen on the boost gauge so might swop that for a old Skool mr turbo one. 2 Quote
Bigkenxx Posted March 25, 2017 Author Posted March 25, 2017 16 psi is definitely the way forward 3 Quote
