Spelli Posted August 22 Posted August 22 I have just stripped my Mikuni cv carbs on my GSX1100et yet again. And the float bowl gasket is looking a bit worse for wear. I replaced them last year and although they have been stripped down a few times they are definitely deteriorating. Does anyone have a recommendation for where to buy quality carburettor spares ? Dezza Posted August 22 Posted August 22 I've used Litetek in the past and the bits are good. These should fit your carbs. https://www.litetek.co/Carb_Kit_Suzuki_GS1000S_Katana_82-83.html 1 Quote
Spelli Posted August 22 Author Posted August 22 Yea those look like them. Fantastic, thanks for that. Will check to see if there is anything else I need. Quote
Spelli Posted August 22 Author Posted August 22 (edited) It looks like Litetek are based in Thailand. I was hoping for something a little more local than that, preferably in the UK . Edited August 22 by Spelli Quote
Dezza Posted August 22 Posted August 22 I'm in the UK and had no problem with them. They took about a week to get to me after ordering. I think they take paypal so no hassle Quote

Upshotknothole Posted August 23 Posted August 23 Works fine for me as well. Their prices seem pretty decent too. They do have a UK distributor, but doesn't look like they keep any air cooled stuff in stock, might be worth a call though. http://www.vapourworx.co.uk/carb-service-kits.html Quote
