Et mudguard variation

Hi all , does anyone know if the 1100/750 et had more than one front mudguard variation /shape from the factory ?

Managed to upload a pic of the mudguard I was questioning - this came off a Gsx 750 et .

Any thoughts ?

How does this mudguard fix to the forks, not a very clear pic.

There should be two holes either side behind the 'aerofoils' and the bolts fit from the wheel side through the fork brace into the fork stubs.

Fixing pretty much same as standard et . 

So - any thoughts on this guard ? 

One off perhaps ?

looks like the old 'pimp my shit' stuff that you could buy back in the 80's advertised in 'bike' magazine along with micron fork braces, Baja foam grips, ace bars etc

i once had a GS850 and it had a similar mudguard. And a Micron fork brace.

Vizman said it - it was what you fitted when your standard tin one inevitably rotted through - retro cool tho?

M&P still do one very similar.

It's going in to be sprayed etc next month .Will get some pics up soon after I have it fitted .
