DaveV65 Posted November 19, 2023 Author Posted November 19, 2023 Joseph, any pictures or details? That would have been an option some years back but dodgy hips limit how long I can ride for. I'm in Aberdeen and the direct Paris flight was stopped during Covid and never reinstated. Quote

When I enquired about the other EFE he had, he must have bombarded me with over 50 photos on WhatsApp. 90% of them were close ups of nothing worth a looking at. And I still didn't get the bike! Quote

DaveV65 Posted November 21, 2023 Author Posted November 21, 2023 Would that be the Rene Schilperhoord (apologies if my spelling is incorrect) who featured in Practical Sportsbikes a few times? 2 Quote
Jelly Posted November 22, 2023 Posted November 22, 2023 Yes. As said before (a search is the beauty of a Forum like OSS ;-)): It's all about having the right paperwork to import a bike into the UK nowadays. Have a bill of sale made up, have a customs agency in UK who can do the mandatory paperwork, and you're good. Quote
