Harris Magnum 2x2

2x2 because its my second one. Got it a couple of years ago of another site member. Been collecting bits to do this one more like Harris originally intended for a while now. Any way I took the original Harris exhaust to get ceramic coated before lock down and today I picked it up

This is the frame the day I picked it up. The mag 4 style tank is on my other Magnum but I have a  mag 2 tank for this.

Just a little bit more to the puzzle. John Schoon made me a rather nice faring stay which I picked up at Stafford bike show.

Sometimes it does overflow. 

But not as many as Will .

Looks very similar to this Harris Gs1000. Sadly not my bike just out of my picture collection.

Tis a beauty and nice that they kept the GS 1000 motor . Looks like  `H` section Dymags, could be wrong

Nice looking bike that is. Fairing bracket is for mk2 faring.

So when I picked the wheels up from the powder coaters for the Turbo Magnum I dropped my other Magnum frame of to be coated. Today I went to pick it up, it's what they call candy red to me it's a dark almost chrome red which is what I wanted .

Wasn't cheap mate 384 quid  including vat for frame arm and spring but it's mint and only 31 miles away from me. Probably not going to use the standard arm so could have saved a few quids.

Are right so that’s about what I’ve been quoted for mine in a custom colour so strip/powder coat prime

wet paint colour then powder coat clear is £250 plus vat
