caferacerdan Posted April 30, 2019 Posted April 30, 2019 (edited) anyone here fitted an arm from a bandit (got a fancy jmc double braced arm here) into a slabby frame? wondering if anyone made one fit and how they got it to work with linkage etc Edited April 30, 2019 by caferacerdan Quote

Blue Posted May 1, 2019 Posted May 1, 2019 If I remember I think the arm is a little narrower so I made up some wider top hats to fit in the frame. I changed the accentuater (bush in the middle of rocker) to one with a single hole in the centre. I played around with different length doggy bones till I was happy with it. I’ll try to find some pics or more info 1 Quote

caferacerdan Posted May 2, 2019 Author Posted May 2, 2019 would a bandit linkage not fit? (havent tried yet so dont know) Quote
clivegto Posted May 2, 2019 Posted May 2, 2019 Looked wrong for the 750 might work on the 1100. Quote
caferacerdan Posted May 4, 2019 Author Posted May 4, 2019 slabby 1100 frame mount is 26mm wide (approx) and bandit 1200 linkage -frame end is 30mm so not an easy fit Quote
