  1. speedingparts.co.uk arent UK based but you will have the gasket to you within 3 days if you order from there!
  2. Do highly recommend. Makes hilarious power and power delivery...My own fault it blew as think I ran it a bit low on fuel and it went lean...judging by the scored bores...
  3. had no joy looking through my mags but ive not got the complete set
  4. what power are you planning on running? id say 57 which is stock gsxr1100 wheelbase is a good middle ground. 55" is standard 750 wheelbase and is lively.
  5. My Slabby is 139cm........... completely usable so long as you like wheelies...but still very manageable tbh only lifts if you want it to by revving into the boost etc
  6. If you know what edition it was in it might help? ive got loads of streetfighter mags in my cupboard I can look through if you know a rough date/year
  7. He's in touch with his feminine side I'm sure not sure i will say that to his face though...
  8. yeah he made another that was originally yellow and called 'short arse' as he shouldnt the swingarm by 4" so it wheelied better... Believe this is that one with a now custom arm!
  9. well done! big boost time now then?
  10. to help with horsepower goals with no lockup. I know Dodge on his Supabusa runs a stock cluck with some BigCC springs and hes running 380hp on that...wonder if they do a spring/friction kit for decent power output on an oil boiler? Worth a message? Either way bike looks mint! the tank and seat line is spot on (even with my fondness for angled arses )
  11. infact the 1100 slabby CDI i had, i had running on an M unit! 4 wires in total...2 wires from signal. 1 to ground and 1 to 'ignition' on M unit
  12. think i might have one from a slabby 1100?
  13. but i agree with @davecaraabout not using the 750 cdi as higher RPM limit wont do you any good
  14. if you have a wiring diagram of the 750 i can tell you how to wire it to the M unit
  15. Wanted to be there with you but funds wouldnt allow it
  16. i know you can put a k1 1000 clock onto a busa but you do have to swap the pins around
  17. Harris currently stripped back down...waiting on an uprated EFE starter and gear to put in and potentially 24v start...13.5:1 comp on stock starter aint healthy for it
  18. Made it to USB and it ran great (start switch died at end of Sunday though) So how does it do at drag racing? Exactly as you'd expect...and I love it Was also good to see Clive, Bow, Paul Morris, Sam Baker and the OSS gang and chat shit on the Saturday evening Bike will hopefully have a small post about it in Practical Sports bikes Magazine too as they were doing an article on the return of USB
  19. Needed taillights for USB too and the stock light box didn't fit...called in a favour and a 3D printed LED holder was sorted using stock lens
  20. To run in Ultimate Streetbike you have to have lights fitted...that meant only 1 thing I then drilled one of the headlight brackets to use it as a steering damper bracket so I could run a damper too! and purely to show scale...the front wheels are pretty much in line here...look how physically short it is compared to a fightered k3
  21. The mounting on the calliper does look a bit wacky but it does grab the disc Not a great photo but you can see disc sits between the pads
  22. Well it's now dyno'd and set up and I took it to JnS bike meet near me tonight...its a weird old thing to ride. Heavy clutch, heavy throttle, hard suspension, sharp brakes and it sounds like an old F1 car has been possessed... I love it...
  23. will be shinier when i finally wash the garage dust off of it
