Thats a great idea Dezza but I have a much better one, why dont you loan me your spondon and i will fit it on that, then hold on to it, for say a year or so for testing purposes if it doesnt work you wont have to buy it, sorted! But seriously mate your spondon is beautiful, dont ever sell or you will regret it.

Modified without question. not too sure how far or which way to go yet. you know how it goes, you fall asleep with a set of ideas and wake up with another, or is it just me????? Also time and funds play a huge part like most of us.

A turbo sounds good swirl but i have few issues with the idea; what would i do with that beautiful racefit pipe? i would probably shit myself as its too fast for me now! besides, ive always had a dream of building a turbo efe like steve burns circa 80s/early 90s(remember that?) got an efe in boxes so the dream is alive, by the time i get round to completing it i wont have the room to mount my zimmer ill be that old! and probably shittin myself anyway.

This is the bike that started a life long obsession with big suzukis bought this big brute at the tender age of 20, £800 second hand inc a brand new piper in the box taxed and insured it at midnight 22 august 1984 my 21st birthday rode to holyhead for the dublin ferry and toured ireland for two weeks, , no worries. very happy days. i loved that bike.you sell them thinking you are moving on to better things, no chance!

Hi, thought i would send in some pics of my modded bandit, i cannot take the credit for building her that goes to my good mate stacky who is also on this forum. after he finish building this he very kindly sent her my way. Just had a rough measure of the spindle on my 1100 slabby, seems to be about 350mm long and 18mm dia mate.

hi there, need some advice please. found an oil leak turns out to be a crack in the sump due to heavy handed over tightening of sump plug,any ideas on repair or sumps from other models would be welcomed, ta.
