  2. Tonight I found that Kawasaki ZX9R C model ( right way up forks model) has Nissin front 4-pots same as GSXR, so removed these from the ZX front end and bolted them to my GSXR K front end.

  4. Oh and there were some Slingy K clocks (not matched but who cares, and a brand new ignition), K clip ons and nice switchgear, its was all made to fit a GS frame years ago (front end) Now I need a Kat / ET swingarm spindle, Batt box, side stand, rear wheel brake / spacer set up for Slingy, ET wheel adjusters. Hint hint -swop

  8. Ok so get hold of two for the price of 1 Slingshot swingarms and a 5.5 rear Slingy wheel, robbed the cush drive off my Powerscreen rear and hey presto slot it into my Slingy swinger. Er not ! Either the Powerscreen cush drive is too wide or the swinger is too narrow ( off a 400 ? ) I measured it and the dims are below, should anyone be able to shed light on the issue?
  9. I would have had the knackered 1100 motor, mine has thrown its chain and wrecked the cases
  10. Lots of things on Suzukis fit - GSX750F wheel into Powerscreen forks with Slabby yokes !
  11. I got some if your still looking
  12. Wrong Donor bike, its inferior. I would go for Bandit / GSXR parts or similar.
  13. Looks like a filler cap to me too, HTF did it get down the motor! ?
  14. According to The Car Guy on YouTube a clicking relay does not necessarily mean it is working. You have to put power across the bigger terminals and check resistance across the smaller terminals which should be close to zero...I don't have a multi meter so that's me buggered.
  15. Just done some Googling and they recon 8t could be faulty clutch / stand lockout switch. But then would the main relay click ?
