yeah you did, I lost track of who posted what.
I too initially considered just putting on a blank cover but the cost didn't make sense and I applied the funds to the racetech kit.
But why? just apply the cost of that bypass system to Racetech emulators and you'd be better off. The bypass will eliminate the anti-dive but will not improve handling like the racetech emulators will.
My mechanic who spent years tuning on the world super bike circuit says they're an amazing bit of kit and work very well, and that's high praise considering he really dislikes the Racetech owner.
Ahhh, found it. I'd been to that page before and only saw bike of the month articles, I didn't scroll down far enough.
Haven't found all the info I was looking for but it's a good start.
In my defence I am new here
I've done a search for information on swapping out my efe wheels for something lighter and can't find anything specific to the efe. Can anyone direct me to a good source?
What info I have found suggests the 93-95 GSXR1100 should work but the details are missing. Does the speedo cable fit, does it measure accurately? Do the brakes swap over as well?
That was my goal, installation of RaceTech emulators eliminates the anti dive feature and you leave the external bits where they are as they're now redundant. Some people remove the unit and replace it with a blank plate but it looks more like Ohlin-ish tech when left in place.
