The picture of the rear sprocket shows you what chain you have it says DID_ _ _ and give it a wipe clean to see it clearer.

The old 80/80/80 trick.
-
You did not say they were but, The throttle bodies do not look like 1250 throttle bodies ? Different TPS/ twin vacuum on #1 body/ different mounting screws for fuel rail/ injectors black (1250 green, 650 blue)/ center return spring arrangement and could be optical illusion but the spacing looks even ie 80/80/80. 1250 is 80/100/80. These below are 1250 throttle bodies.

On cue Gixxer1460 thanks, Remember we are talking stock motors (set (remap once) and forget why data log on a commuter), so as I said choose an ECU with a similar engine charateristic. e.g 1250 GSF/ 1260 GSX. Do not over complicate stock application. I only mentioned Suzuki ECU so far but in reality an ECU is only looking for sensors with the same parameters it dose not care/ know brands just inputs parameters. e.g. my 1250 crank pickup from a 130mm 24-2 trigger wheel works with a kawa 24-1 made into a 24-2 65mm trigger wheel. Or 1250 coolant WATER sensor works perfectly in GSX OIL gallery. My 74 Mazda 1300 ran perfectly fine with a sheet metal manifold (we are talking 95) 92 Diahatsu ECU, 88 Vn commodore MAP sensor, Mazda something 65mm throttle body, 80s RX7 distributor twin pickup for DFI 88 commodore coil packs and 85 commodore HEI ignitors. Stock ECU just don't care. Research research and enjoy the journey, it is only a fancy carby afterall.

Easy start, 2023, Easy start 2024, Cheers Andrew.

Yes and no to learning and experimenting. The peripheries (sensors) are just a sum of parts required for the particular to receive its inputs ECU, any brand/ style with the right specifications is only needed. And to run a factory ECU is more than possible my 1250 ECU/ 1260cc GSX. So if you can find an ECU from a bike of a similar capacity (and more importantly similar style of engine, i mean a casual 1250 Bandit/ casual 1260 GSX = horses for courses). The idea of STANDARD ECU just needs a bit more lateral thinking. With maybe a bit of a tweek remap as a final fine tune. I mean GSX 1360 and Busa 1340 ECU. GSF650 and Katana 650 shoe in. Are all easy (fairly) examples of STANDARD ECU applications based on capacity alone. Just food fuel for thought. Be a pioneer but research research. ALL the above is great advice, just need to use information SPECIFIC for your build Cheers Andrew.

could you squeeze in and machine a very slight nozzle relief and at a steep enough angle to keep the injector under the cap to mimic the other brands one, so as to keep the butterfly in its original place. happy pioneering.

maybe x2 sets of these could be used https://www.Eblag.com.au/itm/194909630696?chn=ps&_ul=AU&_trkparms=ispr%3D1&amdata=enc%3A1fznKY2ewQYWaye5gkjNA1Q17&norover=1&mkevt=1&mkrid=705-139619-5960-0&mkcid=2&mkscid=101&itemid=194909630696&targetid=1740279243289&device=c&mktype=pla&googleloc=9071873&poi=&campaignid=21179453461&mkgroupid=161621319315&rlsatarget=pla-1740279243289&abcId=9404047&merchantid=114858920&gad_source=1&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIy_j--dq0hgMVQ6pmAh1drQ00EAQYASABEgJYt_D_BwE

Newbie with a GS1000 project. lots of info needed

Stands up at a OSS meeting, hi I am Andrew. Throw huge amounts of cash... done, oh. Garbage princess... done, oh. Dreams of half a dozen new project ideas a day... done, oh. heeey I resemble those facts. Welcome to OSS andyroach let your journey begin. -
Personally if that is your pump pre filter, It would be suspect through design that it can cause aeration of the fuel going into it. I prefer the factory (sock type, internal pump type)( external pump, a length of hose 3/8'' or 10mm before the pump and a little cartridge filter) as a pre filter to EFI pumps or something similar and more so a void/ space area before the inlet for suction. But thats me. I had a sintered type like above in a clear hosing and saw this aeration post filter. Happy pioneering. Cheers Andrew.

Nope they are my switches, left 2007 bandit 1250, middle 93 GSXR1100W (water cooled) using this in my 82 GSX1100 engine, right 82 GSX1100.

It looks like this mounted https://www.cmsnl.com/products/base-assy-gear-shift_3773031e01/#.XNUzHRQzbIU It is only two wires blue for neutral light and pink for the gear position and the resistors are in the unit. Just ignore the other references it was for research purposes of the 1250 switch but the GSXR gear position values were the same, Here are the values, the same as the 1250 bandit, And the 93 GSXR1100W so it is the water cooled GSXR switch mounted in my 82 GSX1100, I used this switch for the gear position indicator on my 2009 GSX650F dash.
