  1. If you can swap the rocker end the new R1 is 315 and has ride height adjustment
  2. Early GPz 1100 TBs have the same spacing and don't have all the modern gizmo stuff on them so are a cleaner install.
  3. Maybe teapot 750? they had 36mm carbs with a cable choke.

    Rear disc

Slabby's and some of the much later stuff have a 220mm disc
  5. This has been raised on a variety of forums over the years without any clear answers and as soon as someone states 'This year / that market' they get shot down. I have a black/red JDM raised tank and a blue/white UK raised tank so there always seems to be exceptions, its also confused by imports. I'm not convinced it really matters, just getting a solid one these days is difficult enough.
  6. Mine dropped straight in nice as you like, bandit base gasket and job done, no brute force needed.

If they are suzuki then 56/52 makes them late oil cooled or early w/c 1100 - measure the length and check against any of the size charts on the internet
  8. Shock linkage is different - i think there was an adaptor available at one time but can't remember who from.
  9. Yep, compression would be too low for N/A so i'm going to play with EFI for a bit and then turbo it. A dot head would give back a bit of compression but I still don't think it would be enough.
  10. I've got no info there - i'm fitting busa pistons
  11. I've got a bandit 12 block on my 1127 - dropped straight on
  12. And this for the cam position sensor. Tap the cam, spacer through a seal (a half moon needs removing from the cam cover seal and machine the same out of the cam cover, no leaks yet!) and bolt a single tooth trigger into the cam.
  13. Had the mount made by gsxrsam on the old site.
  14. Here's a couple of things I played about with a while ago. The slots allow a couple of degrees of adjustment.
  15. Fits the crank but extends a little further out, a bit of machining would make it fit. Could a 7-1 work?
  16. Very interested in where this goes as i have 750J forks on my slabby and want to change to get the bars above the yokes. I bought a set of 1100K forks and made some enquiries and was told that the 11 forks are an older damper rod design and would need major modifications to get them as good as the 750 forks so at the moment they're in the "useful - but i don't know where" pile. Is there a cartridge conversion available anywhere?
