4/1 stainless exhaust system is from MIG (French brand)
Interesting. Do you have a link to a website for this?

Yes, definatly. A shock specific for the bike will always win compared to any factory shock.

Plenty of electronics going on with those things. Don't think it will be a good idea to fit one of those, since it limits your adjustability.

Don't think they were changed trhough the range (as far as size goes)

Money sent. Well and truly skint now

Ask @YoshiJohnny
Personal view; If modern tires and suspension did anything, is make the problem worse.

The very reason I don't lend out my EFE to anyone. It's not worth stupid money or uber-rare, but when it would go titsup, even not through rider error, it would fuck me up no end.

More often then not Suzuki does use a different number for the same part, just for different bikes. Mildly annoying.

Twinshock model? I'd say a Bandit-cooler should fit, because they're basically the same. Do a cross-reference on Alphasports to know for sure

Start with the slavecilinder; I've had more or less the same thing and it turned out the piston was leaking and therefor letting fluid out (but only ever so slightly) and air in.
Before anyone asks; no, I don't know how it did this, but it did.

As in; piece for piece and lining it all up individually?
No chance I'd be doing this myself anytime soon, it's just the theory that intrigues me.

Tig, yes

Never seen floatbowls like that before.

I've got a crank, I've got a welder; weld the fucker up.
Surely it can't be that simple?

15-42
in Oil Cooled
I'll need a custom sprocket on the rear and my pockets aren't deep enough atm. I'll just wing it, it's only a backup bike anyway.

15-42

Due to slightly unforseen circumstances, it looks like I'm ending up with the above gearing; is this workable in the real world or should I try and find either a bigger rear or go 14 on the front?
I usually run 15-45 or 48 and I'm a bit of a numpty when it comes to these calculations. I know it will do 250Mph (in theory ) but that's not really an issue.
Engine is a 125Bhp 1127 with a lot more to come, so plenty of power.

Even though it runs, the engine will need to be opened as my friend says we can't trust the tolerances on the last rebuild.
Your friend is right.

Number 29 is leaking. Can I just pull it out and stick a new one in, or is there more to it?
