  1. A most excellent selection of bikes on the stand so far,few more to come tomorrow
  2. Good effort Larry, hopefully i'll see @davecara at FBM hq next friday, will have a chat then about how to go about awarding it.
  3. Thought I gave you a pack of new bolts with the rims Tom? I was going to drill the back wheel so it matched the front, before deciding to go another route.
  4. Clives right Larry, get the 1170 in it,me I'd slap that motor in,get it running and riding and use it as it is,survivor bike style if you like. Don't need to be pretty for now and you'll see if you like/need to alter anything whilst using it.
  5. Bring the Dresda anyway,it's interesting, finished or not, nothing half arsed about it,it's just the stage of the build you are at.The ET is also welcome anytime as its an OldSkoolSuzuki, so is a bandit but a standard bandit is boring as fuck for the stand and the ET isn't.
  6. I'll just put you on the list Larry, then you're in anyway if you want to be
  7. It's in the fire up hall Ash,locked at night and I beleive they have security patrolling the showground at night.
  8. Thanks for the offer my rotund friend,I'll let you know if need be,much appreciated
  9. Ok,the form is in,I've asked to be put in the firing up hall as we normally do.
  10. Bring the draw through as a work in progress if you want to Larry, its kinda refreshing to have a standard bike on the stand to be honest,or i may have to find a Gurls blouse to put on the stand again
  11. After a very successful show at Stafford, whos in for the Winter Classic at Newark Showground on 6/7 Jan 2024?
  12. Well, what an awesome weekend was had,bit wet on the Friday, didn't stop us enjoying ourselves in the bar though, the amount of people stopping to look and chat about the OSS bikes on show was great, bloody loads of them over the weekend, great company as usual, one of the best show weekends I have done over the last 12 years or so with OSS.Thanks to all that bought a bike along to show.
  13. Doesn't really matter as long as you have the flow in the right direction.............
  14. Paulm

    EFE meet

    Not me,I'll be in Wales
  15. As above what scavenge pumps are people using, apart from the Facet one a lot of us use?
  16. 220bhp and 143ftlbs torque, was an oil cooled motor though, frame wasn't braced either.Them old boat anchor motors cost too much to handle the power,I really get why you're going down your route though, but know this, you will turn the boost up,you may turn it down again after a while but you will turn it up, I had mine at 15psi for a while, turned it down to 11psi and 220bhp
  17. All the facet pumps I've had have made that noise,I don't really notice it these days
  18. My ET did and so did i,I is getting old now though
  19. Just a thought mate,Clives bringing me a lock up cover from Sam to Stafford
