What size sleeve do I need on a 1127 engine for the lower rear engine mount when fitting into 750 frame? Is it 12mm tube by 1mm wall? Thanks

Panic over, I tested battery terminal to engine & got 0.02v then noticed bolt holding eye in place was loose doh!

What would be the reason an earth lead is getting hot whilst turning engine over?

Do you think it be ok to make a bracket that'd be held in place by either the cam cover bolts or the cylinder bolts that are used to make cam links?

Not able to weld anything as yokes are anodised & frame is powder coated. Top yoke is thicker than standard so I don't think there's enough room to fit a steering damper bracket under top nut. It's either make a bracket & drill the front of the bottom yoke to make a stop or fit a side damper with a bracket coming off one of the 3 (or all of em) pinch bolts to a bracket off the side of the engine or frame & use that as a stop

I thought it interesting due to the slingshot frame being used & the engineering/parts that went into it. Sorry to have caused a ho ha
