canamant Posted January 3, 2018 Posted January 3, 2018 Another cheaper option is a 1100 slabby frame. CregNyBaa from here has built a good few of these (no bracing, standard swingarm) and these have lapped the Mountain Course at about 116mph. We think that this is the fastest a standard framed slabby GSXR1100 had ever lapped the course in 2016. 3 Quote
dupersunc Posted January 3, 2018 Posted January 3, 2018 The thought has occured to me. The 1100 has a shorter frame too. Quote
toot Posted January 7, 2018 Posted January 7, 2018 Nice. The slabby looks great. I stopped racing in 2011 and still miss it. Quote
Mole28 Posted January 15, 2018 Author Posted January 15, 2018 Beginnings of the Spa bike. 88 frame, JMC( maybe) swinging arm, ZX6R Front end. SRAD rear wheel(if I can get it to fit) 4 Quote
