Gsxf tank swap

Hi, currently turning my 2000 gsxf into a streetfighter, and was wondering if anyone knows whether any other fuel tanks would fit, as now the fairings are off old tank looks abit odd

Best thing you could do with that old donk is take the motor out, find either ET , ESD or EFE frame and bodywork, insert said motor. Source modern running gear, and away you go. Believe me, you'll thank me in the long run!

Sounds expensive. Wouldn't it be cheaper and easier to buy a newer bike? Of course, not as much fun in that, but to justify the money to the other half might not be so easy

keep yir nose to the ground and you can sniff out some great - part finished projects that often come loaded with bits -

 

good things can be found at fair prices - and you end up with your own take on things -  no use asking for permission  - yi got to balls out and be prepared to ask for forgiveness

get the fibre glass matting out, make the tank you have more pleasing to the eye , pick up a spare tank if you don't want to fuck up the one you have
