Oil cooled gsxr 750 into a bandit 600

Hi has anybody got any experience in fitting a gsxr 750 engine into a mk 1 bandit 600 if so what is needed the engine is from a 1991 gsxr 750 cheers

Yes the 750gsxr will go in a bandit 6 the b6 carbs will restrict the gsxr motor a lot.

thanks if I re jetted the carbs for gsxr 750 jets would that work or would I need to use the proper carbs I've heard that bandit 12 carbs would work is that true ?

Carbs toooooo restrictive. Get 34's or 36's

Junk the b6 carbs and get b12 or gsxr 750/1100 carbs.

Thanks for replying ppl I've just bought a set of gsxr 7/11 carbs I'm waiting for them to arrive so all is good and ready to put it in my bandit 6 so I will keep you all posted on how I get on

That's the right way  are they the 36mm or 38mm you have got?
