B12 arm mono shock, the shock mount needs redoing as a cowboy made a right mess of it for me but I thought I'd just sling it together to see how it sits,  I think maybe the shock might be too long

That welding looks 'interesting'. Don't worry, a few well aimed smacks of a hammer and you'll have snapped off all the cowboys work and be back to square one. O.o

Run a 10" rear wheel, it'll be reet.

Looks like you need to start again from scratch there. Rocker pivot's in the wrong place on the frame, as is the shock mount. A little more to it than shock length.

Holy fuck, did someone build it like this? O.o

No it has not been built up like that, I imagine it would be like riding a 750cc pogo stick

Could you explain in a bit more detail what needs to be done to rectify it

Assuming the dog bones, rocker, and shock are all Bandit Items, I would find someone with a bandit frame and take some very careful measurements, relative to the bandit frame's swing arm pivot.

You might get away with longer dog bones, but that would probably cause other issues. The mount that have been welded on look like a dogs breakfast. They need to come off, so you might as well do it right.

You know those tents with the springy  frames. You just throw them up in the air, and when they come down, they're erected? Well...I think your PO did that with the frame and suspension! Start again, Cobby!
