Does anyone know how different the physical size of the b600 and b750 engines are, and also the oil cooled gsxr 750, compared to a b600 lump. Cheers

I believe they're mostly the same. 1100 being slightly taller. CC or Fatbloke will be along shortly to clarify. Or not!

yes AFAIK the 600 and 750 engines are same size, except 750 J/K which is a few mm lower. I think.

And 1100/1200 engines are around 15mm taller.

Thats good to know, just trying to get my head around putting a 600/750 motor in a GS550 frame. Cheers

Both 600/750 will fit in a gs550 frame.

Have put both in before, the 750 is good fun and when I can get round to it I am doing a 550 kat with a b6 motor, and when I say get round to it because I started it about 2 years ago but other projects kept pushing in

I just fancy something fun, thats not too expensive to put together. Been spending too long looking at the racefit bikes, and the black arrow gs1000.
