spondonturbo Posted December 8, 2016 Posted December 8, 2016 Hi, as above, does anyone know if the rubber hoses are the same for 750 waterboilers and 1100 waterboilers? I ask as I want to source some coloured hoses for my 1100 wp project but only 750 seem to be listed on the main sites I have looked at. I would think they will be the same. Anyone know? cheers Quote
spondonturbo Posted December 8, 2016 Author Posted December 8, 2016 sorted now. They are the same. ta. Quote
Legotoy Posted December 9, 2016 Posted December 9, 2016 Really? I'd be interested to know how they fit since the 1100 has the thermostat outside the frame rail (between frame and fairing on the right), and the 750 has the thermostat under the petrol tank, behind the headstock. Also the 750 has a water to oil heat exchanger around the oil filter, whereas the 1100 has a separate oil cooler, so will you have surplus hoses for that in the kit? Quote

spondonturbo Posted December 9, 2016 Author Posted December 9, 2016 (edited) I went on the samco site and the 1100 has the same kit code as the 750. I will look in to it more now that you have posted the above info. I might have to buy separate bits anyway as I don't have a standard set up samco says - 1100WP / WR 1993-1995 is same kit as 750WN / WP 1993 - 1995 Edited December 9, 2016 by spondonturbo cirrect info 1 Quote
Madb Posted December 9, 2016 Posted December 9, 2016 Sounds like the one. Just check a microfishe. You'll see the other setup the above chaps are refering to. Quote
Madb Posted December 9, 2016 Posted December 9, 2016 Having said all that, i would prefer the later setup.! Pita so check level having to take tank off. Silly suzuki. Probs the guy with big hammer sense of humour cause we're w/cooled. 2 Quote
