Mikuni CV 34mm carb pilot jet

Hello, I'm fighting some issues with a gsx-r 1100 engine that are running pig rich at idle-3000rpm lambda 0,67-0,73

Adjusting the screw don't do mutch.

Pilot jet are 30 and should be 45 according to the book?

 

But is it the right one fitted?

It's the one to the right in the picture, but should it be the one to the left without all the small holes?

Th jet on the right is meant for carbs with an air screw. From what Ive read some people say they work exacly the same as the left jet in carbs with a fuel screw and others say they run richer.

Either way, make sure they are genuine Mikuni jets. The knockoffs are often not even close on sizes.

It's a huge difference between them. So now I have switched to the left small one.

Anybody know why this pipe Is plugged?

They are setup for turbo (not by me)

Can't think of any reason to block a jet within a carb - turbo or otherwise . . . . . a guy in his shed is unlikely to know more than the Mikuni knowledge vault when it comes to carb jetting ie. if its there, its there for a reason.
