Hydraulic clutch issue.

The slave cylinder piston is pumping out too far on my Bandit 12. Thought I'd sussed it as the clutch that came with the engine was incorrectly assembled. Pushrods are correct. Fluid returns to the master cylinder fine. Any ideas?

Definitely approaching that. Should be simple to fix but I'm stumped.

well the slave as its name implies only takes what it is given, so if the piston is pushing out too much, that would mean that its getting too much fluid/pressure ?

Maybe. It seems the piston has to travel to far before contacting the pushrod.

Then the push rod is too short or the lever at the master is incorrect ratio and moving too much fluid?
