Slingshot wheel weight

Does anyone know the weight of a slingshot rear wheel ( 5.5") with tyre on ?

Any particular tyre? Can be quite a big difference between brands.

There was a post on here very recently that had bare weights iirc

I put a post up recently with weights of srad,rf9 and a zzr11.

I can see some tyres being different from one to the other but I can't see it being a great deal of kg

Just to check, is that in kg or lbs ?

Definitely kg dude. If wheels where any lighter they would snap

first 2 numbers are kg, then the last 3 are grams.....so for example the last wheel which is 30years old is a magnesium race wheel. weighs in at 11 kg and 629 grams.

 

I have pics with weights some where without tyres and sprocket carriers as well

I got 38lbs even with a 190 Dunlop Sportmax GPR 300.  Or 17.237 Kg

Cheers, I thought it was kg but couldn't see on pic, so best check 

Linking in with a post I put up in general section, the rf900 rear wheel is over 1kg lighter than the slingshot and the 600 srad about the same weight as the RF9.

Cheep way to loss some weight, without missing out on the burger's
