Pd1987 Posted July 5, 2015 Posted July 5, 2015 So I have a slabby 750 which I have a set of 38mm carbs for, it has a micron 4-2-1 system on and has ram air filters on. So need a suggestion on what jets to use I think it has 150's in at the min Quote
canamant Posted July 5, 2015 Posted July 5, 2015 38mm CVs ? Does it run OK at the moment ? Running 33mm flatties on Slabby Racer 1 and Slabby Racer 2 with 140 and 145 jets. No filters and Micron 4-2-1 and Nexxus 4-2-1 front pipe and unknown silencer. Nexxus and unknown silencer much better set up. I'd say the carbs were a touch too big. Done some calcs toight for my own bikes and 33mm choke is perfect for a 750 at 13k rpm which a slabby won't go yo. Quote
Funkymonkracing Posted July 6, 2015 Posted July 6, 2015 38mm sound a bit big for a 750 slabby IMO Quote
GsxrCol Posted July 6, 2015 Posted July 6, 2015 (edited) Supposed to run ok on slingy 34mm cv's, dunno about 38's. I prefer me 29 mm flatties though Edited July 6, 2015 by GsxrCol Quote
Pd1987 Posted July 8, 2015 Author Posted July 8, 2015 Balls! Has anyone got a set of flatslides that are actually in good condition then? And some rubbers Quote
