fok Posted November 9, 2015 Share Posted November 9, 2015 Akrapovic conical 4-2-1 are probably the best headers that you can run on an oil cooled n/a motor.Now discontinued but they do crop up secondhand.Part number was E-S12R1 for the stainless ones and E-S12RFT1T for the Gucci full titanium version. Pogger Posted November 22, 2015 Author Share Posted November 22, 2015 Thanks for the help chaps I got hold of some big bore down pipes from black widow exhaust and a nice stubby carbon can from fleebay.Hope it doesn't upset the bike too much as it's been set up with the vance & hines pipe we shall see. Pogger Posted November 22, 2015 Author Share Posted November 22, 2015 The bandit is slightly lower than standard but I think the vance & hines system maybe from a gsxr as it was already on the bike when I got it the right bottom engine mount was replaced at some point with a flat plate as a standard mount would be in the way of the pipe.
