Slingshot front master cylinder upgrade

Want to upgrade the front master cylinder on mine but dont want spend huge money whats going to work with the nissin 4 pots

Upgrade for better brakes or just for show?

Got a srad one on my kat (slingshot front with 4 pot Nissin)

I like the feel of that (and some of you will be thinking of sex )

But also got a radial gsxr1000 one on the gs1000 with gsxr1000 6 pots.

Both give a good feel on braking for me and the srad ones are cheeper.

Not for show as i use the bike as my commuter in and around bristol so want it to be a upgrade

Dear I ask what's wrong with the one you have on there usually good ?

Are you wanting sharper brakes, or more feel?

Serviced the master cylinder and its still a bit like a light switch

did you grease the lever where it touches the piston?

Pretty much any radial master off a modern bike is a good upgrade, not much in it outright stopping power wise (is just still virtually same size a piston in a hole) but the feel is loads better.

The nissin ones used on loads of Jap stuff can be bought cheap enough, fancy brembo stuff etc is no better unless your going into the propper aftermarket upgrade ones, but they dont come cheap

I havent greased up the lever were it touches the piston ill do that and see what its like and take it from there

Pretty much the same master cylinder as slingshot anyway, not an upgrade
