Brians 7/12 Posted June 16, 2020 Posted June 16, 2020 Soooooo... if my memory serves me correct... I need the Slabby 750 cover to fit the B12 engine so it’ll fit in the Slabby frame... issue I have is I have the speedo sender built in to the cover... my thoughts were would one of those fish looking aftermarket sprocket covers designed for the K series B12 fit in fine with the Slabby frame !? wraith Posted June 16, 2020 Posted June 16, 2020 Can't you just chop some of the sprocket cover off to make it fit? Pics may help. 1 Quote
Brians 7/12 Posted June 16, 2020 Author Posted June 16, 2020 Great idea... but will probably need a fair amount of chopping... think I’ll take the gamble if I see a ‘fish’ one come up cheap... or buy a new one !! Quote
wraith Posted June 16, 2020 Posted June 16, 2020 You will also need to sort out the gear lever. Can't you drill and mount the Speedo thing in the 750 cover? Quote
Brians 7/12 Posted June 16, 2020 Author Posted June 16, 2020 Possible... but not with my skills !! Quote

If you look at where the rear most bolt is (the one closest to the speedo sensor) you can see that it's on the edge of the B12 cover. Should fit. Gear lever is easy, I drilled a hole in my B12 cover and mounted it. Quote
