How much does 18mm give you in ride height !?

Will a longer shock fit & if so will it do the same as dropping in a modified 1100 linkage to raise the height?… & would it raise it by the same amount… say one that is 45mm longer?… or is that not possible !?

Hi… got a spare 750 Slabby frame I haven’t manage to sell yet… lol… no subframe so don’t mind cutting & welding bits to it… I’ve got bits all over the garage so might as well build another bike… which year of VFR & cc (400 or 750/800) or other make (Triump/Ducati etc) of single sided swing arm is best to use for the conversions… I know NWS did a few but they don’t seem to be around now

What do people use to brace a 750 Slabby swingarm… I think I remember someone using a R6 brace or something?… with a full Slabby fairing I’m guessing bottom brace would look best… but feel free to show me your braces… oo-er… & what/where you got them down please

Any ideas what .2bar would give bhp maybe to keep it safe… I’d be happy with just 180bhp really

Hmmmm… I’m not looking for 260bhp… around 180-200 would be way more than enough… as it’s on a Slabby 750 frame anyways… lol… but also looks cooler than going for a non turbo 1216/1246/1371 with headwork & perhaps only around 150-170bhp

Cheers lads… can you Turbo a standard B12 engine as it has lower compression as standard… obviously you would get less bhp !?

That’s why I thought to do it in 2 steps… 1216 with Busa Pistons & then 90% probably Pete Fields Turbo… unless other recommendations?… was also looking for someone to do the engine work

So they’ll be ok taking the engine out… 750 Slabby with B12 engine?… they don’t mind bloody knuckles? What about the forks/swingarm & wheels for rolling it around !? Thank You… guess I can always ask them… so 2 recommendations… anymore !?

What’s the best way to prep an engine for a Turbo… just take your whole engine for all the engine work to a tuner… then stick engine in the bike… then take bike to a Turbo maker? Any recommendations in the UK for engine work?

Thanks Guys… the Black ones are BJX… which after looking seem to be B12 Sorry… they have both been made to fit Slabby 750F swingarm The white ones are BJR so possibly Slingshot?… 750 or 1100?

Parts game… lol… what 5.5” wheels are these… black wheel has smooth the other white wheel bumpy on the sprocket side… also one sprocket has 5 mounting holes the other 6 Any help much appreciated

Are the Slabby & Slingshot steering stems identical?... I know the whole front end fits on complete... been there... done that... & on fiches they only list the whole bottom tree so can’t see if part numbers match... tried the search function... just wondering if there are any differences between the two Actual stems Side by side... wanting to fit a completely different front end (Buell) & wondering what’s the best stem to use for my 750F frame !!
