We have been invited to donington again over the last few years this show has been getting bigger and better anyone that has been will tell you how good it is (the sun even came out in 2015) there is no limit to the amount of bikes we can have on stand I'm not looking for show bikes (that's not what OSS is about) I'm looking for standard to fully tricked out bikes. I'm wanting to stick to Oldskool stuff so I'm not really wanting liquid cooled bikes. I would like some race bikes, some Drag bikes but most of all road bikes from a shit Katana (yea that's mine) to a turbo ET (if anyone knows where I could find one of them) I want to get as many names down as I can so I know what size stand to book. If your not sure if you can be arsed coming just speak to anyone that has been before Included if you put a bike on the stand is two free weekend wristbands that include trackside entry to whole weekend of racing, free camping, free tea and coffee all weekend and opportunity to have a few laps round the track.

Not this year but it's a good show usualy lots of nice stuff there

i did it to my Kat running a srad/bussa arm with 6" rear wheel i cut the bottom tube and opened the frame up with a scissor jack then rewelded the bottom tube then slotted the arm straight in i spaced the front sprocket out 6mm its all very tight but works a treat

it only bolts on on a couple of models the M not being one of them Dont worry about weakning it there is very little stress on a shock mount as the shock is doing the work the only time it would be a problem is if it bottomed out

cheapest tool for knocking seals in is a peace of waist pipe inch and a half cut it a couple of inches longer than the fork leg so when you slide it over the leg when forks are back to gether it sits a couplke of inches over the top cut the waste pipe up its length so you can open it up over the leg slid it down onto the seal then tap it with a hammer easy fuckin peasy and free if you have some lieing around i would post some picks if i new how

I'm not far off doing it to my Kat the Srad is a mile off but the gsxr1000 one isn't far off yea you do have to warm it up a lot

With a bit of modification you can do anything with in limits but from experience it can end up costing a few quid so crack on you will have fun and learn loads

i had fun trying to get a mirror for mine as no one makes an sfter market one for the L so ya need to get a pair of find someone with breaking a L

to buy a nice one your looking at between £1500/£2000 but your milage is high

Where the headers join the link pipe on my devil its 6" till they join into one in the photo they look shorter so might not be devil headers as theres an extra weld on the link pipe

Just had another look and if its not a four into two into one its not devil headers i cant really tell

The link pipe is baffled thats why its not to loud it looks the same as mine on my 1100m but dose it really matter what is off

Ok I have found that if you charge no one wants to pay there were some moaning that the round house was dear last time (a whole weekend with beer and food £40 dear?) yes he was scotish so a bit understandable. i have been told by most that come to my dos that they dont want music as every one that has had music every one sits out side so they can talk when i have tried to get them to come on a ride out there has been little or no interest i had a venue that was all of the things that you listed centeral big room big car park good food everything and it was free ok £5 for camping and still only a few came. The round house was popular but 70% were from scotland the same few that attend my dos came up but they would go anywere for a pissup when you spend money to entertain half that say they will come dont turn up it costs me everytime i have a do one time because it rained only 4 turned up if I had got a dyno truck and a band and a disco ect i would have been pritty fucked.I know get money up front and all that but i didnt want to have people send me money i just want it casual. the first ever OSS do there were 50 odd coming PP organised loads of stuff Mr7/11 n blubber came from holland and 11 turned up (was still a great do) other times I have changed dates because loads say I cant make that day and then they dont come anyway it really dose piss you off that so many eather just lie or cant be arsed to turn up I know that people have lives to get on with but if ya dont want to come or are just a wanabe dont say ya coming oh as for the naked dancing girls most of you old farts couldnt handle it

Ok all you compleat wast of spaces what would you all like out of an OSS event? out of all the dos we have tried to make it different at pub/ club/ track/round house What do you want what would make you all turn up?

i do one or two a year two weeks ago at donnington a whole free weekend and a chance to ride the track still only about 15 turned up lookin at gettin a stand at snetterton and any one with a bike on the stand gets a session on the track and free entry what the fuck do i have to do to get people to turn up apart from me not going
