The tool is pictured hear on the left. I beat the crap out of my original back plate with a drift. Then had @Gsxrsammake me a new one and lent me the tool to fit it

Do you have the tool to remove it? I had to beat the crap out of mine to remove it. Then @davecaratold me about @Gsxrsam he lent me the tool to fit and remove the back plate. But I also needed a new back plate which Sam supplied me

You should be able to get the nut off with a normal socket. The back plate for the lockup could be a different story.

This is not something I've done before. I have a manual though. But I don't see anything about the 2 rings above and below the oil ring if you get me. Pic is of 1. They all came out different positions

Hi all. I still accumulating parts for my build. So this is a curiosity question. Apart from take offs for balancing the bodies do you need any other take off points?? For gsxr 1000 bodies. Or is everything else off the plenum. Pictured is what I have.

No probs. Just to confirm there are no side drillings/holes. And that's from a stock set of carbs

What's the reach like on these clive when on the bars?? You going to have matching calipers??

Guess that is why it was cheap. Got a parts b12 bottom end if you need anything

Alternator been swapped??

Any chance is of something like an rf motor or teapot?? As you have the engine are the teeth on the oil pump correct to stock bandit?
