What swingarm bolts at 87” GSX750R
ElVikingoTropical replied to ElVikingoTropical's topic in Oil Cooled
That’s good news, but the problem is that I my currant project came without any swingarm at all, so I will have to find one, and by the way why not a stiffer and good looking braced unit! -
Which is the easiest swingarm swap who takes a 5.5” rear wheel at the 87 GSX750R cheers Jan

I resprayed the say what now!? with clear coat today giving it the nice deep paint look who I like. As I have a been repairing a lot of cracked CF parts I gave them a couple layers as well. -
I cut of the link support from my OEM swing and welded it to the modern swingarm, This way I keep the correct linkage and shocker.

Hi again I had a pause under some months as I crashed in June braking the left shoulder at three places and the clavicle. But now I’m back again with this little toy. The rear sets is at place and at a correct height. -

Here comes a stupid story: My head light cover arrived today in good condition from UK, my intelligent brother in law picked it up an trove it over my hose fence in front of my garage, then my wife came home and run the car over the packet... To be honest I have to laugh about it just not to pull the hair of my head (impossible as I’m bald-headed)! -

One cuestión? What differences is there between the long stroke engine 85-87 with the later one? The first is marked 59 and the second 80, I suppose it’s about the stroke but are they interchangeable? I have been measuring them and I can’t find any differences! -

Today I spayed the layer of paint on the street plastics . I just had to fit all parts at the bike to see how it fits. I’m still waiting for the new racing faring and single seat to arrive,
