Obviously you have to do some engraving, since there is NOTHING plain about this bike.
This is one cool bike.

I admire your enthusiasm and access to tools to create the stuff we desire but please take a step back and first learn how these assemblies work and go together, because until you know that - £450 will seem cheap in comparison (costed against time and scrapped parts) I built a whole CNC mini mill to create some parts with big ideas of what it could do in the future - so far it's only created 4 pieces, so cost per piece is about £600 whereas a machine shop could have done all 4 for about £150 !
But you did them yourself, right

it certainly is, it's completely stock other than, Koni's and the screen, rides very well, went over the top to the eCat and fiddle on Sunday, never missed a beat, and cheers, looks a great site, some nice bikes on here
So keep that one standard and build a new one, with USD fork, wider 17" rims, braced swingarm and turbo it.
You know you need another one........
You know you deserve another one.......

Anyone tried a homemade adaptorplate and a valve like this?
It's 10€ at the hardwarestore, for water obviously.

I am following this with interest, and I am especially keen to see pics of what happens after the top of the canister marked 'Do not open, gas filled' is opened
What could possibly go wrong.

Welcome.
A general service, big bore kit and FBM draw through turbo kit wouldn’t be the worst place to start...
Ha ha ha, it took nearly 7 hours before that comment, i was wondering who would be the first.
Anyway welcome to OSS, that bike will never be the same again, we will give you ideas.....

Original GSXR1OOO K1-2 4-2-1 downpipes/headers are made of Ti and fit after a bit of fiddling on the engine.
Superlight and really cheap on the bay of E.
Works but it might interfere with your frame?

Thanks folks. Cable's good, new oil and filter. Carbs could do with a sync and balance, and a bit of DYNO time with the new pipe I guess. I'm erring toward warped/stuck clutch plates after such a long lay up. Thanks
What oil you got?
