Used them, hated them, took 'em off, went back to 36's

He sent me a reply back when I first asked him (if he could make some), probably 3 years ago now; "I don't see the market"
Yes, because regular trackdays are awash with Bandits and I'm the only reprobate using a Slingshot...- 1

Slabby (and for whatever reason Bandit-)owners are catered for in the cheap trackuse rearsetdepartment by Racesupplies Direct. However, after pestering the guy making them for too long, I am now bored and will be looking for other options for my trackday-Slingshot.
Is there any company out there making simple, strong rearsets that don't cost a kidney, or will I be making my own? -

I've got a GSXR caliper on mine, with a hackjob hanger. Works absolutely fine and really don't want/need anything stonger or more aggressive (and there's not a person on the planet that uses more back brake than me)

@Leblowskiand myself do trackdays together, both with pretty much stock 749's. His is on 29 (33) Flatslides, myself on 36CV's.
Power on the dyno is roughly the same but coming out of a slower corner, I'm fucking nowhere...

I know you have to take geometry in consideration when building or riding a bike, but for me personally, for the most part i will always be down to the person on the bars.
I have 2 stock-framed EFE's and I can scratch the pegs wherever I go and I know I could even get it going fast round a track; no need for huge modifications.

I found the BMW shock WAY to soft for what I'm doing with it and that was only with streetuse. It will be even worse on the track.
Running a K-something shock on the Banana and it's been perfect.

I had a 4.5 gsxr-wheel with a 160-tyre in the one I built. Had the swingarm machined to toake the GSXR spindle, turned down the sprocketcarrier and spaced the front sprocket out by "a lot"
