Hello Homer,
No I didn't. I recall having tried that once and it messed up the motor.
Ok. That is strange, have seen several turbo bikes with vacuums connected. Can I ask what did that do?

Right, that doesn't seem to work because the boostmeter is totally hapless and indicates randomly. Back 2 the plenum it is then.
It runs rich on transition now, I think it will clear up when I up the boost. Laterssss.
Have you connected all the vacuum lines from the carbs together? Usually that helps and gives steady readings.

Can I ask where do you live? (Wondering your concern about approval/legal side of the mods)
Stock tyre size is from another planet if you have used to modern size wheels.

If you want a better looking switch gear use ktm exc ones. Those are tiny and way better looking than any sportbike bulky ones. It has everything except kill switch.

Now just swap the rear end for ET piece and it is even less blandit

My own toughts were similar. Skimmed head, adjustable cam gear, rs38, exhaust, ignitech and naturally engine service

Those are quite soft, like trying to ride pudding with a handlebar. This thread is going to wrong direction at the moment

cheapest way to scare yourself shitless is remove the front brakes.
Or take the EFE for a spin

Emailed to beasley while ago... they tried to fuck with me. Pre payment, extra international "handling" fee+postage and the item price was about 20$ more than on their website.

Planning to build myself a 7/11 again. Because stock stuff sucks I want to get some extra grunt from the engine. So I want some advise from you guys.
Budget in mind, don't want to spend all my money this time So do I go with good old 1127 and just ignition, exhaust and mikuni rs's? Or bandit with similar mods? Maybe 1127 with 750 head?
What would be best bang for the buck and I don't want to hear anything about hayahayayahabusa pistons please

Classy looking KAT

Pretty good numbers, now you need to get some MOAR

It is going to be one of the nicest jigs
Just wondering... I have 200/55 6" rear and non modified EFE frame. Running 530 chain, ok it is quite close to frame but wont hit it. Everything is dead center.

Ordering parts and I need Efe main oil gallery thread size. No time to go to shed and measure it by myself.
Thanks

VHT copper gasket worked for me

For journal bearing turbo you need to make a take off plug that goes in place of the oil light switch. The idea is that the plug takes all the oil flow coming from the filter, bleeds oil to the engine through a restriction hole and feeds the turbo before the restriction. This increases pressure high enough for the turbo. I can dig up dimensions for the plug a bit later on.
Dig up those dimensions. There might be someone else who like to see them

Not familiar with that turbo but I think it would be on its limits. But just my opinion. There is no need for intercooler if you have that water/meth injection. Usually there is no room for proper sized intercooler so it just acts as a visual thingy.

No spacers under the cylinder. You just won't get 112 degrees without a pin jump. Maybe it is possible in different setup. Every engine build is unique ;)
Shed built bike frame, welding T45 to bright mild.

Keep the heat at minimum. I like to use greater gas flow when working with tube joints. Tack weld it properly. Maybe the most important thing is a good fit up. When it sits nicely the heat imput is lower and there is less tension. If it is mine I would purge it. Maybe unnecessary but I like to do so.
I am also planning to build my own frame in the future. At the moment I am planning a frame jig for the project.
