  6. Hi Martin, It will do 4 laps of the island on the battery but I will probably fit a genny for next year. 17'' Rear wheel fitted.
  7. Well, this was the end of this years Classic TT for us. Do to bad planning and the weather with two classic races compressed into Monday afternoon, Dave, the rider broke down at the Creg on the 350 Hon** and was unable to get back to the pits for the start of the superbike. 30 mins between end and start of the races is extreme in my eyes, asking riders to do 7 laps on two different machines, in a few hours and most riders are not in their twenties.!! But enough of my moaning, all in all it was a great learning experience and the bike went well as the time/speed above shows. With few issues, hitting the bellypan, bottom of Bray Hill , and sticky throttle slides and return, into Ballaugh bridge of all places!! Dave had a personal target of a 112mph lap, his supertwin speed, which I feel he would have achieved, going by the above lap times and the traffic on course during practice. So plans include engine refresh, shock rebuilds etc and new colour scheme etc , so onwards and upward for next year.
  8. Two more practice laps this morning after a little maintenance. Banged in an a 110mph lap and 155 mph thru the speed trap. Few repairs before race on Monday.
  9. Been on the island for a week and only one lap done due to weather On the plus side bike has been thru scrutineering numerous times with no issues.
  10. Been on the island for a week and only one lap done due to weather On the plus side bike has been thru scrutineering numerous times with no issues.
  11. Another night with no practice, weather not playing ball!!
  12. Who knows but sounds sweet. !!
  13. Well 1st lap completed at 107.8 mph, it was Dave's 1st ever lap on a slabby, so getting familiar with it. No major issues with it, broken exhaust spring only. We replaced the clutch for a Barnett one before setting off. So all good so far.
  14. Shake down tests at Jurby. Rider very happy with the stability.
  15. Bike has arrived on the island, Dave, the rider has been going thru it this week making a few alterations to suit himself. The main one was the Beowolf end can, he felt may have been to restrictive so this has been binned in favour of a new slash cut end pipe ala moto gp style. I've tried to post a video nut it's not supported on here. Dave has also booked a trckday for tomorrow at Jurby , to get himself acclimatised to the bike , hoping for a positive vibe . 12 days and counting until we land ourselves on the island. New logo and all getting made for it.
  16. At the docks Sunday morning, OSS race team decals added. Lets go racing.!!
