dan just buy it , if your not bothered about milage ,and know of a cheap spare engine . only thing to remember is when you come too sell it lower your sights as all high milage bikes take a beating on price mate

same here i have never got close to owning a harris , i got the first one in december so it was a bad time for most and it was in perth top of scotland 7.5 hours each way .

The paint job is the one thing garry was not happy with . The build quality is bang on , i also bought the mv agusta front calipers with adapter brackets

I had a motor from a project i abondoned . The paint on the tank has had some heavy reaction with fuel from the filler and breather so will get breather welded in . .it will then need a full re paint in similar colours as i always loved the colour scheme

i have some engine cases too add that i bought from the old site sand cast R casings

ordered some stainless bolts etc for my motor

new sb filters

bike requires engine and carbs so set of flatslides from my shelf

always loved this bike and was lucky enough too be offered this from garry (fbob) he has had plenty of fun on this and now wants a change

patience dan , its annoying but will be worth it in the end

plumbers torch and a car jack for under the engine , gently with the spreading of headers i had spare engine on the floor fitted the outer two header pipes too the engine and warmed the header pipes

thanks guys its a labour of love , if i get time i work on it if not no stress build
