luke2152 Posted December 28, 2016 Posted December 28, 2016 Most the USD forks that are available are too short for the bandit. Anyone know who makes bespoke top yokes with a 40mm or so offset to more or less bolt them straight on and the cost (roughtly). Quote
370steve Posted December 29, 2016 Posted December 29, 2016 you can always get some fork extenders made 1 Quote
fatblokeonbandit Posted December 29, 2016 Posted December 29, 2016 (edited) Depends how cheap you are, I made this one years ago to stop the mudguard hitting the oil cooler with 750 slingy forks, chopped off the ends of one youke and had them welded to another gained 25mm, total cost was £13 plus a cake for the welder. I now have shorter Hayabusa forks so I had this made, it gains 50mm and is excellent, JJ machine works made it Lots of clearance clarence Edited December 29, 2016 by fatblokeonbandit 4 Quote

banditWP Posted January 19, 2017 Posted January 19, 2017 i put in a 750WP front end in my B6 with a 1000K7 shock with no discernable detriment to the handling, quite the opposite. simple stem swap and a couple of brackets to retain the B6 clocks, only pain, spacers for ignition barrel and fitting risers but if you know someone in the trade it's a few beer tokens Quote
banditWP Posted January 19, 2017 Posted January 19, 2017 oops, need a B12 stem, B6 is welded in! Quote
