Gixer1460 Posted November 26, 2016 Posted November 26, 2016 A mate of mine used to work for a Suburu dealer and had a couple of turbo's off cars that went to Prodrive for upgrades and unless they've changed the unit (probable given the timeframe) they were definitely too small IMO - maybe good for a 750? The 13's may give good low down response but top out too soon - the 15's and 16's are a better choice I think. Quote
Arttu Posted November 26, 2016 Posted November 26, 2016 Yes, depends on what you are aiming for. From top of my head TD04-13 is good for 230-250hp. So if that is good enough for you then it might be a nice solution, good spool up and response for that power. But if you are aiming for any higher hp figures then it's better to look for something bigger. Quote
Sheep Posted November 26, 2016 Posted November 26, 2016 I managed 275 from a TD04,any more is pushing it....thought about TD05's???..also Subaru and easy to get still....although they do run bush bearings as opposed to roller bearings. Quote
