gsx 1100 esd with gs 1000 motor

has anyone done this before ? collecting one next week hoping to put modern front and rear

why would you put an old 8v motor in a 16v frame?? have updated an EZ with EF powaahh before now...........

Did see one for sale a month or two back. GSX11 with a GS1000 lump. Can't remember but might have been a Kat. Bit strange but I assumed someone had used what they had at hand.  Mind you, I have seen a GSXR11/7 too!

it was a good price though eh Ash. Got a bandit front end that would go in that if you are thinking of right way up forks

yes mate , think i am fitting the radial front end and braced rear swing arm and new twin shocks

the bloke i bought it from had a moto martin with the gs1000 motor in and wanted the engine from the 1100es inc carbs and loom
