Cobby Posted July 10 Posted July 10 I've been reading on the Zuma faceache page about a common fault with the swingarm cracking across the pivot bolt area, I can't see anything obvious on mine without removing the arm , has anyone any experience of this issue? Quote
spiderpig Posted July 10 Posted July 10 (edited) Seen it a few times. Not very common and it's not just zumas. Arm would need to come out to check properly. Edited July 10 by spiderpig 1 Quote
Duckndive Posted July 10 Posted July 10 I,ve only seen two "both on the facebook group" and IMO they made a big deal out of it as its simple weld fix and a bit of demmel work.... The One in mines fine as is the spare one i got to possibly stretch .. Quote
clivegto Posted July 10 Posted July 10 Seen this happen on a few different swinging arms, probably incorrect chain tension. Even had a JMC one messed up when it came to me. Quote
Cobby Posted July 10 Author Posted July 10 Cheers for the replies fellas, I obviously need to have a good look at mine before making any decisions about replacing it, I would like to extend it really Quote
