Crowneandskull
Alreet, i don't suppose anyone on here has put vm29 flat slides on a gsx750et? Does it work? Will they fit? Any help would be much appreciated.Cheers lads and lasses Quote Link to comment
canamant
If the port spacing is the same I don't see why they wouldn't run OK jetted correctly. Remember the "Supertune" article years ago ? Was it Specials of Glasgow who said they had fitted them to GS750s ? Quote Link to comment
Pete750ET
I tried them on my 750ET race bike, couldn't get them set up.Could get top end right and mid-range would be wrong. Get that sorted and top end wrong. I'm sure it can be done but even on rolling road just couldn't get them right.Gave up in the end and went back to CV 36's which worked fine. Quote Link to comment
wraith
I'm with Pete on this one, get some CV36mm carbs the VM29 carbs can be a real pain to set up even on the gsxr750. Quote Link to comment
