Gsx1100er Posted December 25, 2023 Posted December 25, 2023 Putting the rats nest of wires together and I have a question. The rev counter has a 3 connector plug. Central pin is Orange/ Green, outer pins are Black/White and Black Red. I have two available pins on the harness that fit this plug. Plug 1. Central pin is Orange/Green , outer pins are Black/White and Black/Yellow Plug 2. Central pin Orange /Green outer pins Black/White and Blue I guess the question , as Orage/White and Black/White are common, would the Black/Red wire connect to the Black yellow on Plug1 or connect to the Blue wire on Plug 2. I hate wiring. Gaz Quote

Dezza Posted December 25, 2023 Posted December 25, 2023 Orange green is switched positive, black/white earth and black/red the tacho sensor wire. The black red needs to go to the yellow/black which comes from one of the coils (assuming from memory the colour codes are the same as for bigger Suzukis ). I now need another can of Fuller's London Pride. Quote
