Hello i'm rebuilding an 1985 gsxr 750 and i'm wondering if the cillinderheads can be mounted from younger oil cooled gixxers and is an 1100 cc head and block could be mounted on the 750 cranck case ....

The  85/6/7 engines ran smaller main bearings than the j or k engine, then for the l and m they reverted back to the original size. you can fit the 1100 crank and top end to the j or k cases you would have to bore the cases where the barrel fits but its do able I did this many years ago. the early 750 top end will fit straight on a bandit 600.

Thanks for the info Anyone knows what brand those forward mounted brakes are that you find on the yoshimura racers ? And where you can find them ?

If you mean the Nissan front calipers on the yoshi slabside they are gsxr slingshot front brakes

there is details on the forum on how to make the small alloy block to fit on to standard slabside from forks

If it is any help, I have a 90 head{long stroke} on my 86 750/907 Slabby{long stroke}. To put it simply, the long stroke 750s {48.7mm} can share heads. Mine has been well modded with full porting to match the 28.5mm intake valves, upgraded from the OEM 27mm intakes. As an FYI, the oem seats will take the 28.5mm valves with no problems.
