I'm sure rev counters out 3000 rpm at 79mph in top 5 gear ,somerts is up ,did 300 + miles wiaut missing a beat,goes up to 5000 rpm somerts aint picking up ,I've always gone by feel and milking the chain ,anywhere between 75 -85 happy,somerts is knackerd some where

Yes milk is not a good oil for the chain

Will the bike/ rev counter rev past 3-5 rpm or does the rev counter just stop and the bike still revs?
