95 swinging arm in 91 slingshot

What is needed apart from 95 arm to fit in a 91 slingshot tia

needle bearing sleeves from the 91, they will slip inside the ones from the 95.  That is about all I can see.  I just removed an extended one from my 91 and adapted it to another bike in my stable.  Good luck with it.

Original arm sleeves. You need to sort the crush tube aswell. Need the linkage from the newer swinger aswell. As the dog bones are a different width. I believe.

Have this setup in a 90 slingy

The linkage is the same on the more common 92-93 "banana" arm, in case you find a 94-95 braced one without

I'm hopefully gonna be pulling an old 95 braced 750 swing arm out of an 1100M(?) frame over the weekend. Did the swap well over a decade ago, don't remember it being all that hard. I'll see how I managed to fit it all together as I don't recall buying anything for it. I do remember it making a world of difference in handling through fast turns compared to the stock swing arm.
